By accessing or using CFP Manager, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What the platform does

CFP Manager provides tools for poker CFP backers and players to manage contracts, verify earnings, track hand histories, and calculate settlements. The platform facilitates record-keeping — it does not handle, hold, or transfer funds between parties.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload, including hand histories and earnings reports. You agree not to submit falsified data or attempt to manipulate verification results. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Contracts between backers and players

Contracts created on CFP Manager are agreements between backers and players. CFP Manager is not a party to these contracts and is not liable for disputes, non-payment, or breaches of contract terms between users.

Limitation of liability

CFP Manager is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate verification results, data loss, or platform downtime. Use of the platform for financial decisions is at your own risk.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent data, or abuse the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
