What we collect
When you use CFP Manager, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and optionally your Discord handle. If you use the platform as a backer or player, we also store contract details, uploaded hand histories, earnings screenshots, and settlement records.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate the platform — verifying earnings, generating settlements, and managing contracts between backers and players. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored on secured servers in the EU. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. Hand histories and earnings data are only visible to the backer and the player involved in each contract.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed.
